Head of Fabrication

Marika Gugole

Marika Gugole is Head of Fabrication at Atlantic Quantum, overseeing the company’s qubit chip fabrication operations in Sweden.

Marika brings extensive expertise in nanofabrication and electrochemistry to Atlantic Quantum. During her PhD at Chalmers University of Technology, she developed and fabricated colored metasurfaces for reflective electrochromic displays. For her master’s studies, she focused on advancing silicon solar cells with recombination interconnects, paving the way for future tandem solar cells.

She holds a PhD in Materials Science from Chalmers University of Technology, an MS in Engineering Physics from Uppsala University, and a BS in Physics from the Università di Trento.
