Chloe Holzinger

Chloe is Head of Business Strategy at Atlantic Quantum, where she drives the company’s strategic initiatives and growth plans.

In her previous role as Director of Strategic Partnerships at Engine Ventures, she collaborated closely with senior leadership to support portfolio companies, conduct due diligence, and develop impactful strategic content.

Prior to that, Chloe held market research positions at IHS Markit and Lux Research, advising clients on the global Li-ion battery supply chain and the technologies powering e-mobility and the energy transition.

Her background also includes working as a mechanical engineer at Open Water Power, where she co-invented a static cell system for aluminum-water batteries and developed prototypes that met critical US defense contract milestones, contributing to the company’s acquisition by L3 Technologies.

Chloe holds an MEng in Mechanical Engineering from Duke University and a BS in Marine Chemistry from Eckerd College.
